These links will also show fonts that have been drafted to show what are film name would look like if we were to choose any in our opening sequence:
http://www.dafont.com/learning-curve.font?text=Exchange - Exchange - We wanted to use this font as it had a childish aspect about it and suggested that the film had something to with childhood in the narrative, which it does. The font gives a creepy atmospheric feel to the sequence if it was to be used which reflects previous horror films which placed children as part of their narrative.
http://www.dafont.com/roman-acid.font?text=Exchange - Exchange - This font shows implicitly through its text that something is not right, the letters are out of place and have a horror feel about it, and as our film is could be seen as like a horror film this font can relate to the narrative and the style of the film.
http://www.dafont.com/confusion-girl.font?text=Exchange - EXCHANGE - This font has a nice aesthetic feel about it in the way that the text is angled and shaped, the tone at the beginning can be reflected through this text. The tone is edgy and neo-urban to reflect the atmosphere Tomos has entered when he is inside the train station and walking down the alleyway.
http://www.dafont.com/negatron.font?text=Exchange - Exchange - This font reminds me of the type of font used in the film 'Fight Club' to show a gritty and unique style of filming. However, we did not know whether we would use this font our not as it only vaguely reflects the tone we want to show in the beginning and it may also not look right in the opening sequence
http://www.dafont.com/light-from-behind.font?text=Exchange - Exchange - This font is alike the 'Confusion Girl' font as alike it as it is also edgy and reflects a kind of futuristic style. The font would fit the styling of our opening as the lighting used in the opening could look good alongside this type of font.
Other standard Fonts of Choice:
Copper gothic black
eras bold itc
footlight
haettenschweller
perpetua
Raavi
verdana
Century
Our opening will gave logo titles of FilmFour, Pathe and StudioCanal presented in standard and clean way. We will have our credits fading in and out of each other in either the bottom right or left corner of the screen in white colouring. We want to keep it simple and as we do not have big, famous cast the subtleness of the credits will help to keep an atmospheric effect and keep the audience on the narrative rather than the text shown.
